This bracelet is handmade using 100% natural 5mm Bodhi seeds which are delicately carved. The silver charm is inscribed with the Buddhist mantra Om Mani Padme Hum. This is the most commonly recited Buddhist mantra in Tibet, it is believed to heal the body and mind, evoking a sense of peace.
